Our stay at this place was enjoyable, with a fantastic restaurant offering amazing dinner dishes and exceptional pool views.

The bathroom was spotless and the beds amazing. Its location in Playa del Carmen was unbeatable, right by the restaurants. - I ate at the a la carte restaurant for Family concierge guests.

The hotel was immaculately clean and modern, had magnificent views of the jungle. I was there for 8 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for dinner. It was in the central location to the ruins at Tulum. And it was also just off the wonderful restaurants, the beach was almost clear and wildlife such as iguanas and coatimundis.

The stay here was absolutely amazing on this vacation. The location was perfect and stunning, to all tourist sites with easy access to a market and gift shops. Also, Cenote Misterio Maya was 2 km away. I enjoyed the Peruvian cuisine served in the a la carte restaurant.

The property is upscale, it has incredibly welcoming and consistently courteous stuff who pitched at a discounted price the Royal service.

I liked the a double room which was air conditioned. The location was tranquil and ideal: a market and gift stores where within walking distance.
